B. In-App Purchases & Subscription Data

Transaction Records: All payments, in-app purchases, and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play Billing (Google LLC). We do not collect or store your financial credit card numbers or banking details. We only receive purchase receipts, subscription status, purchase tokens, and transaction IDs to unlock your premium features and credits.

C. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID), system language, and network conditions.
• Usage & Technical Data: App interactions, feature usage, crash reports, performance logs, and diagnostic information to ensure app stability and performance.

03How AI Data Is Processed

Because our App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate videos:

• Purpose of Processing: Photos, videos, and text prompts submitted by you are transmitted to secure cloud-based AI processing servers strictly for generating your requested video content.
• No Facial Recognition / Biometric Identifiers: We do not use your uploaded images to identify your unique identity, nor do we construct facial templates, biometric blueprints, or database records for tracking.
• No AI Model Training on User Photos: Your uploaded personal photos and private generated videos are not used to train, retrain, or improve our or third parties' public generative AI base models.
• Data Retention: Uploaded source files and temporary AI processing caches on cloud servers are deleted automatically after generation or retained only for the transient period necessary to deliver the output to your device.

We use the collected information for the following core purposes:

• To Provide & Maintain the Service: Processing user prompts and images to generate AI videos.
• To Manage Subscriptions & Purchases: Validating purchases and managing digital credits/subscriptions via Google Play.

• Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and troubleshooting operational issues.

A. Service Providers & Technical Processors

We share necessary technical data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Application:

• Google Play Services / Google Cloud: For in-app billing, cloud hosting, real-time developer notifications, and basic app analytics.
• AI Processing Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud compute services used to run generative AI inference models.

06Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Our App offers digital goods, credits, and auto-renewable subscriptions processed via Google Play Store.

• Payment management, billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service.
• Users can manage or cancel auto-renewable subscriptions anytime in their Google Play Account Settings.

07International Data Transfers

As an entity based in the United Kingdom, your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA), such as cloud servers in the United States or other regions.
